  20.  If you downloaded CALNOTES from a bulletin board, you do not need to run the
  21.  INSTALL  program.  Print  the documentation and follow the "Getting Started"
  22.  section for a tour of features.

  24.  If you received CALNOTES on a disk, it is best  to make a  copy and save the
  25.  original.  You can  do this using the DOS  COPY  command or run the  INSTALL
  26.  program by selecting "Install" from the menu at the top of the screen.

  28.  The INSTALL program copies the files needed to run  CALNOTES  and can modify
  29.  your AUTOEXEC.BAT file if you ask it to.  The optional modification adds the
  30.  CALNOTES  directory  to  the  DOS  path  (so the program can be run from any
  31.  directory) and automatically starts the alarm program at system boot time.
